Delivery is free
All our prices include FREE packing and delivery to mainland GB. We offer a nationwide service and don't feel that you should have to pay extra, just because you are not local to us.
Delivery methods
All orders are very carefully packed and sent by national carriers, who usually achieve delivery the day after we despatch. During the COVID-19 pandemic, our carriers will not ask for a signature but will instead take a photograph of the package by your open door. If you do not wish to open the door, please leave a signed note for the carrier stating where delivery should be left Ii.e. on the step, in the porch, etc).
Collections
We regret that our offices are located some way from our factory so we are unable to offer local collections.
Payment
All orders have to be prepaid before despatch. We do not offer credit accounts.
Security
This site is secure. On top of that, all payments are made either via the BACS system or via a 100% secure Payzone Payment Link. This is secured by Barclaycard. Classic Publishing do not get to see your secure card payment details. We take your security very seriously and guarantee to never sell or exchange your data with anyone.
